The Compliance Department is responsible for organizational compliance with applicable laws, rules regulations and contractual requirements for all lines of MP CareSolutions businesses. The Compliance function is a company-wide service that ensures that MP CareSolutions, its Board of Directors, employees and business partners conduct business in an ethical, professional, and legal manner.

How to report Fraud, Waste and Abuse?

Any reports of fraud, waste or abuse may remain anonymous.  All information received or discovered during the investigation will be treated as confidential, and the results of investigations will be discussed only with persons having a legitimate reason to receive the information. Federal Law and MP CareSolutions policy prohibit any retaliation or retribution against persons who report suspected Fraud, Waste and Abuse.
