Monroe Plan is a 2022 Top Workplaces Winner

It’s an achievement worth sharing!

Monroe Plan for Medical Care has received the distinctive honor of being named a 2022 Top Workplace by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. This Award shines a spotlight on organizations with strong connections with their employees and a strong culture of success. 

The heart of the Top Workplaces program is an employee survey. The 24-question survey collects feedback from those who know organizations the best: the people who work there! The questions cover culture as well as the basics (pay and benefits).

Overall, Monroe Plan scored at the 86th percentile when compared to an elite group of like size and industry companies. Our employee response was above the benchmark for all the statements by an average of 15%, in some cases as much as 38%!

 

We wanted to share a few of the other highlights from the survey(below). From our participation rate (93%) to our results on each individual question, Monroe Plan employees resoundingly indicated that the big and small things we do to keep our employees engaged and feeling valued are working! Perhaps most telling, an overwhelming majority of employees (88%) indicate they would recommend working at Monroe Plan!
